Bright Two-Tone Condo Kitchen Renovation

Client Challenge

A narrow galley layout and limited seating made daily cooking and hosting feel cramped. The clients wanted smarter storage, a comfortable place to sit for coffee or casual meals, and a calm, modern aesthetic that would visually open the space.

The Vision

Create an airy, timeless kitchen with durable materials and a warm, neutral palette. Priorities: a functional peninsula with seating, refined cabinetry, and surfaces that brighten the room without glare.

Our Solution

Final Draft reworked the existing footprint into a connected, highly usable space—then finished it with premium, low-maintenance materials.

• Cabinetry: Merit Kitchen Cabinets in the ‘Beckham’ Shaker door style. Uppers finished in Pearl White to lift and brighten; lowers in Concrete Jungle to ground the room and add subtle contrast.

• Peninsula & Seating: A sculptural peninsula adds prep space and a café-style perch for two. The support post is white oak half-round wrapped, bringing natural warmth and a crafted detail.

• Countertops: HanStone Quartz ‘Cremosa’ throughout for a light, creamy surface that’s durable, stain-resistant, and easy to maintain.

• Hardware & Layout: Streamlined pulls, full-extension drawers, and optimized inserts keep everyday tools within reach while maintaining clean sightlines.

• Light & Scale: Layered lighting and a mirrored sidewall amplify natural light and visually widen the room, while the soft palette keeps the space calm and inviting.

What was a tight corridor now functions as a bright, comfortable hub. The two-tone Pearl White and Concrete Jungle cabinetry, paired with Cremosa quartz and the white-oak wrapped post, strikes the right balance of modern and warm. The clients gained real working surface, smart storage, and an easy spot to sit—without moving a single wall.
