The original condo kitchen felt busy and boxed-in. Counter space was limited, small appliances crowded the work zone, and the finishes didn’t match the clients’ preference for clean, natural materials.

Create a calm, modern kitchen that reads light and warm: seamless storage, a statement stone look, comfortable island seating for everyday meals, and room for entertaining with a dedicated beverage zone.

Final Draft streamlined the plan and wrapped the room in a refined wood-and-stone palette.

• Cabinetry: Flat-panel wood-look cabinetry with panel-ready refrigeration for a continuous wall line. Discreet edge pulls and matte black appliance handles keep the look tailored.

• Surfaces: Dramatic Calacatta-style countertops and full-height backsplash deliver a single, elegant material story and easy maintenance.

• Island: Seating for three, integrated wine/beverage fridge, and a waterfall end panel for a sculptural finish.

• Cooking & Clean-Up: Gas cooktop with low-profile hood and a matte black pull-down faucet set into the same stone surface for visual quiet.

• Lighting: Under-cabinet LEDs and recessed ceiling lights provide bright, shadow-free task lighting without visual clutter.

• Details: Continuous wood flooring and black accents (hardware, faucet, towel bar) ground the soft tones and add definition.
