Client Challenge:

A compact powder room felt flat and impractical—minimal counter space, dated lighting, and nowhere to hide everyday items. The goal was to add real storage and elevate the look without enlarging the footprint.

The Vision:

Create a warm, modern vanity wall with the quiet luxury of a boutique hotel. Priorities: clean lines, durable surfaces, integrated storage, flattering light, and a minimal palette that pairs naturally with grey stone flooring.

Our Solution:

Final Draft designed a custom floating vanity that delivers function and polish.

• Vanity: Furniture-grade walnut veneer with two full-extension drawers for organized storage; minimalist edge pulls to keep the face clean.

• Countertop: White quartz with subtle veining and a matching low backsplash for easy care.

• Fixtures & Details: Matte-black faucet and an integrated side-mounted TP holder in the same finish for a cohesive, uncluttered look.

• Lighting: LED lighted mirror provides even, shadow-free illumination; underslung LED toe-kick gives a floating effect and night-light functionality.

• Envelope: Vertical panel detail on the wall adds texture; large-format grey porcelain tile grounds the room with a calm, stone-like feel.
