Downtown Condo Spa Bathroom Renovation

Client Challenge:

This compact condo bath felt tight and cluttered. A single-sink vanity left no room for partners, there was almost no closed storage, lighting was flat at the mirror, and the tub/shower tile looked dated and hard to keep clean.

The Vision:

Create a bright, easy-to-clean, spa-like bathroom that makes daily routines smoother. Goals included a floating double vanity, durable white countertops, better task lighting at the mirror, abundant linen storage, and a fresh tub/shower with crisp black accents.

Our Solution:

Final Draft re-planned the existing footprint and layered in warm wood tones with modern, low-maintenance finishes.

• Vanity & Cabinetry: Floating, wood-grain flat-panel double vanity with slim black pulls keeps the floor clear and the room feeling larger.

• Countertops & Sinks: Seamless white quartz top with integrated rectangular undermount sinks for a clean, wipe-easy surface.

• Storage: Tall linen cabinet plus open oak shelves for rolled towels and display—everything within arm’s reach yet visually tidy.

• Lighting & Mirrors: Backlit, touch-control LED mirrors deliver shadow-free grooming light and a soft evening glow.

• Bath/Shower: New tub/shower with stacked white tile, clear glass panel, and matte-black fixtures including a rail shower and tub spout for a crisp, modern edge.

• Fixtures & Hardware: Matte-black faucets, towel bars, and accessories unify the palette; a black heated towel rail adds comfort.

• Flooring & Finishes: Large-format concrete-look porcelain tiles anchor the room and hide splashes; white walls keep everything bright.
